Registration for the 2019 Summer Conference and Exposition for an Exhibit Booth!

Please choose what level of booth you would like to have for the conference.

For the optional option;

If you would like two booths please choose your second booth here.
You can only have two booths max.

Please fill out all information.

Once you have finished your registration the time will be clocked.
AASBO will then begin the booth selection process.
This process will be done by registration time with Gold level selecting first, then Silver, Bronze and finally Copper.

The contents in the Exhibitor’s Brochure should be read thoroughly to insure that all rules and regulations are understood.
Acceptance and allocation of any and all exhibit spaces will be at the sole discretion of the Executive Director of AASBO.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should an exhibitor need to cancel a space reservation, a written notice of the cancellation is required no later than thirty (30) days preceding the first day of the trade show (July 17, 2019). A $50 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund for exhibitors who cancel on or before June 17, 2019. Exhibitors who cancel after June 17, 2019, will forfeit all fees.
